Went for a quick lunch to Prime Cuts here in our little town. This place is a new Italian Steakhouse and its awesome! Definitely somewhere I will return again and again. I hope it prospers in our town 🙂

Inside is open concept and you can see into the kitchen its a pretty cool layout. Staff is excellent and the atmosphere is fancy and classic.
Water is served in a glass bottle nothing crazy I just really like that haha!
We both got a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon with lunch very nice! I can’t remember the brand but they had 3 or so Cab Sauvi’s so you have choices.
I had the House Burger – this is my favorite everything on this burger goes together SO GOOD! 8oz Burger, Provolone Cheese, Arugula, Crispy Prosciutto, Basil Aioli, Caramelized Onions, and Balsamic Tomatoes. I get this every time I go there its that good. French fries were really crispy and salty just perfect. MUST TRY
Chris had the Italian Beef – Toasted hoagie, Provolone Cheese, Au Jus, Caramelized Onions, and Mushrooms.
