    Tiny little town about 45 minutes from where I live. Has a few cool bars to visit with lots of great food! This area is known for fish so that’s always a great choice! We went to Snows Bar & Grill last night for a quick bite before we headed back to the Soo. Coooooool atmosphere has bar and table seating. I had the Cowboy burger with sweet potato fries. Shutout to the homemade ranch it was top notch! Ma had the perch dinner which was super good. Great batter on it and French fries were great! Peep the coleslaw…

    Up and at ’em 5AM to fly out  – it was -15 and we had collectively accumulated more than 12 feet of snow in my hometown. It was coooooold for the majority of the trip but I got to wear sandles and there was no snow so win win.     This was one of our many hockey trips! We stayed in Northfield but came for Shattuck’s! We stayed a week traveling all over and eating and drinking lots of good food! Such a cute little town and super friendly people. We also stopped at the VFW and had some beers with the locals 🙂 Definitely be sure to stop at Antiques of Northfield….HOLY EPIC ANTIQUES.
