New Friends! Cool Temps! Great Food! Hello Minnesota! We flew out to meet some friends in Hibbing! Early flight out Michigan to the Cities then onto Duluth Late summer early fall time is the best time! We met a lot of great people ate a lot of great food and I experienced my first seafood boil! Up and at ’em 5AM to fly out – it was -15 and we had collectively accumulated more than 12 feet of snow in my hometown. It was coooooold for the majority of the trip but I got to wear sandles and there was no snow so win win. Hometown! Here are some of my fav drinking establishments and eats! Zorbas/Alpha Bar – Killer food have never had a bad meal there. Get the Gyro, Chicken Mediterranean Pita, Spanakopita, Bruschetta, and the pizza is awesome! My fav is the Zorbas pizza and add sausage Alpha is on the other size of Zorbas cool atmosphere and extra points for the fireplace!
