Short and sweet……Iggy is a cool little town I go here often for work and passing through! Wild Blueberry Breakfast & Bakery is a fantastic little place! They have the BEST blueberry pancakes with a variety of syrups to try. Service is always on point and super friendly. Hibbing you say? It’s cool just go I think for me the people you meet here make the place. It remind me of home and that I love very much. Mining is the name of the game here and these folks are hard working, have a cool midwestern accent (LIKE WE DO EH), love beer, and eat/sleep/drink hockey. Three words…….ICE…..FISH……MINNESOTA!!!! Drove 9 hours and 41 minutes to have the ice fishing experience of a life time! Stayed out on Gull Lake in a Fish House for 3 days. Went for a quick lunch to Prime Cuts here in our little town. This place is a new Italian Steakhouse and its awesome! Definitely somewhere I will return again and again. Love for Petoskey again – we came down to see one of my ALL TIME FAVORITE BANDS! Soul Asylum…..never thought I’d get to see them live it was a life moment for me. Dinner at Lucky’s was absolutely exceptional. Atmosphere is cool laid back but also a little fancy. We sat in a high top in the bar area. Bout 15 minutes outta town right on the St. Mary’s river is the Cozy Corners. Atmosphere is always buzzin at this place and their staff is great! Bonus Bonus Bonus points for the cool ass bartender – dude had it down and made an awesome drink. Bird’s Eye Grilled Cheese – herbed mozz, provolone, sharp ched, pickled onions, spinach, and sweet peppers – must try! Will totally be ordering this again. Dragon Deeze…. – YUMMY DRINK. Frozen dragon fruit, fresh lime juice, Straits gin, and agave topped with a bruleed lime half. Presentation was on point and it tasted good!

Tiny little town about 45 minutes from where I live. Has a few cool bars to visit with lots of great food! This area is known for fish so that’s always a great choice! We went to Snows Bar & Grill last night for a quick bite before we headed back to the Soo. Coooooool atmosphere has bar and table seating. I had the Cowboy burger with sweet potato fries. Shutout to the homemade ranch it was top notch! Ma had the perch dinner which was super good. Great batter on it and French fries were great! Peep the coleslaw…
